How to run properply

Summary


  1. Don't overstride
  2. Do land on a flat foot, or on the ball of the foot. 
  3. Don't lean forward at the hips. Be vertical from hips up. 
  4. Don't thump. If you're making sound when you're running, you're running poorly. 
  5. Listen to pain.
