About Labels

I am writing this page about a little reminder for my own self. Just so the blog is organized well. This page basically lists what kind of information is contained in each label.

Checkpoints
This contains significant achievements. Or significant setbacks. Basically, the posts contain metrics on certain dates for example, my body weight or how much I am benching or squatting at the beginning of months or weeks. Or it will contain certain achievements irrespective of dates, for example, if I can run for 5 km or do 100 push ups, then I will put those here, since these are checkpoints.

Measurements
This will strictly be a record of how much I am weighing, on certain dates, or posted whenever I feel like. Basically a trajectory of my body weight.

Reading
The stuff that I read. Anything. Blogs, books, articles, magazines. Any crap that I read or find interesting and it's related to health, fitness, exercise, etc comes in here. Whether I want to share it as-it-is as a link, or whether I want to summarize it. It might even be an interesting picture I come across. An info-graphic perhaps?

Strength Training/Cardio
Whenever I have something to say on the topic. Now this is tricky. Since the label 'Log' contains my workouts, and on most of those posts I will have one thing or the other to say about cardio or strength training too, so some log entries might also have these labels. Basically, these will contain some exercises I have learned, or some workouts that fall into these categories, Not my workouts, But my workouts may fall into these as well.

Log
The log of my every workout. The main purpose of this blog!

Food
All that I have to say about food. All that I learn about it, all that I am learning, it includes cooking etc etc. It Also includes what I am planning on eating, how much I am planning on eating, what I am cooking, what I am learning to cook. It might include nutrition plans I am following. It will also serve as a log of all that I eat, if I ever decide to have such a log. Or probably not. I will simply put what I have eaten in under 'Log'. But basically, this contains all that I have to say about food. Yummy!

Workouts
This will contain any workouts I want to remember. Creating this label, because in the past, I have come across some really good workouts that I did and got great results, which I have saved at all sorts of random google docs or notepad files, I thought I would just save them here. At any one point, I am following only one workout, of course, or none. But I will save them all here. This will also contain a couple of workouts I very creatively design for my own self and others.

TODO Tidy up all the posts that fall under Log or Measurements or Workouts- so they only contain data. And all the talk-talk that I have to do regarding other stuff, I will put under other stuff. I really need to start writing posts that fall under only one of the labels. That will limit the way I see and write posts, but that's better. It will keep the blog nice and clean.
